I know the healthy ways to lose weight, and I am willing to do those things after, but how damaging to my health would becoming bulimic be just to lose weight quick?
i know that if people do it for a long time they can't stop, and become too skinny, and have all these side fx due to lack of nutrition, but thats a really long way off for me. i am a 250lb male in my early 20s, not some teenage girl who is already thin, so how bad would it be for me?
