Based on researches, medical lectures and my own experience, in the same way a woman can get yeast infection from her male partner, a man can get infected from his woman partner. Yeast and fungus are two STDs that one can transmit to the other.
I have tips that may help prevent this:
For the male, the entire penis should be kept dry especially after bathing. Dabbing alcohol and wiping the penis dry immediately helps before and after sex. Just make sure you do not get any on the urethral opening (where semen and urine come out), because the alcohol will make it sting.
For the female, it would be best to use a pH balanced feminine wash. It would be much better to wipe the vagina dry after urinating, and washing and drying before and after sex.

no, but he can get a yeast infection too...which will cause it to burn and produce yeast, or a cheese like discharge. EWWW. If the female transfers it to the male, they can keep giving it back to each other. so...its a good idea not to have sex when u have a yeast infection, so that you both don't keep getting it.

Well kind of. I think you want to know if it burns him during the act of sex. No, it is later when he has the infection start ot cause symptoms that you passed to him .
Guys know they have it alot sooner than women do. The symptoms are very obvious to a guy and I suppose they hurt more at least they act like they do.
All he has to do is use the same treatment women use for the advised amount of time on the package instructions.
