On Jenny C. I learned how to binge eat and got mono. I had a hard time exercising because I was so weak and they got on my case because I was not losing weight. They had forgotten to follow protocol and measure me. They were harping on me and restricting me more and asking me what I was eating. I told them my clothes were getting lose and they measured me and profusely apologized. They said I was losing tons of fat and that is why not weight loss. Then I started feeling sick. I could not sleep it offf. I was weak and had a sore throat. I went to the doctor and they told me I had mono. I had to cancel an international trip. I spent a month in bed. I gained all the fat back. I felt horrible. It hurt to walk after being in bed so long. I tried Weight watchers after but it made me too food obsessibe. I do best just eating healthy no junk. I do not feel deprived or binge because I am not obseessed by a diet. I do think weigtht watchers is the best, but not for me.

Precious I think you have a good idea. I really think eating healthy is the only way to go. That will be best for your daughter too. She will see you do that and she can eat healthy too and start a good life without health food. I think that is why it is easier for me to eat healthy. My mom had us do that at home. I feel better with it. I like vegtables and yogert and just feel happer on good food. Jenny craig feels like junk food and makes me unhappy.

Penelope ykes I almost got named that, but my father got my mom to name the dog that instead thank god. Thanks dad. I hope I would not have been clueless like you also. Read a post or answer another one. Okay. Ask yahoo to make another category if you run out of ones you can understand okay? Then quit bothering people with one word answers okay? I know you will not read this, but I will just talk to the air.

Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying. Loose as much as you want to !
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !
P.S
Regular active exercise is advised with all weight loosing medicines and remedies :-) Take care

Jenny Craig is very expensive and weight watches can be very good if you stick to it.But if you want to do it yourself just eat all fresh fruit and veg cut out all white rices and breads and eat brown or whole meal and small portions of meat enough to fit in the palm of your hand and exercise 30 mins a day 3 to 4 times a week and it won't cost much at all.

Diet is not a word to use when you actually want to lose weight. I implies a quick solution to a problem that has not quick solution. There is no magic to losing weight; it is a matter of nutritional balance. Part of eating right is using all levels of the food pyramid in the way it is meant to be used. Ruling out any one type of food - sweet, starch, meat, etc. - is not going to benefit you over the long term. When you eat sensibly, there is NO food you cannot eat, but you must use portion control in order to do well. A little chocolate won't hurt, a lot of chocolate will. It is the same for anything you want to eat - just eat less of everything.

I'm sorry to read all this. I know you probably spent a lot of money too. I need to lose weight but I might just cut out all the bad food and start eating smaller healthier portions and organic food. I have a 18-month-old daughter and I don't want to become the "fat mom" in the group as she gets older and goes on playdates. Good luck to being healthy!

yea! ugh.I do.I hate it.sometimes all I say is I'm gonna lose 5 pounds by just having no fatty stuff like chocolate, cookies, cake, etc, junk food and all.and then it turns into obsessing about EACH and every calorie that I eat.I hate it.and then I also start binge exercising.overly exercising.my mom thinks I'm crazy or something.but I am really fat obsessed.especially when it comes to the talk of dieting.

Depends on the diet, but denying the body at least the daily requirements can make you sick, also, artificial sweeteners, a prime ingredient in too many things, can make you very sick (though the FDA has lots of high paid researchers to fudge the real results about testing). A good healthy diet will not make you feel sick.

Diet plans do not cause people to have eating disorders. Eating disorders are psychological problems.
