im looking for one that i know will work and not just waist my money, hope and time. HELP !!

I've tried Hydroxycut, and I'm not sure if you're looking at the Ephedra free formula or not. I have taken other supplements like the original MetaboLife and Stacker, and Xenedrine, and have gotten mixed results.

If you're looking to supplement your diet plan, you'll most likely want a good metabolic booster and appetite suppressant. I'd suggest taking a look at Herbalean. It does have Ephedra, which was unbanned this year by the FDA - so it's legal in the US again. It also has Hoodia for the appetite suppression, so the combination works VERY well for me.

NO diet pills really work. Read the labels carefully...they ALL say the same thing. Something along the lines of "if you take this pill with a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise, you MAY lose weight." Even the so-called natural ones carry dangers with them that are not worth it.

You must have the calorie-reduced diet and exercise, and those two things will be just as effective, if not MORE effective if you don't have the weird chemicals in diets pills coursing through your system, causing heart, kidney, and liver problems. At best, the pills are a waste of money. At worst, you can suffer really awful health problems.

There's only one safe way to lose weight effectively, and that is to eat a LITTLE less (by 200-400 calories) than the amount of calories you need to use in a day. If you eat too much less, you body goes into fat storage mode, and your attempts at starving yourself will backfire, as you will get fat quickly again when you start eating again.

I tried 100% Hoodia and......
Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.

There is so much illusions about dieting. I don't know if pills work, but they are certanly not healthy. The main thing is to loose waight but in a healthy way, buy products which contain less fat and sugar, eat less bread, and less pasta,pizza,junk food... More water, and be sure to eat three times a day. Becouse if you don't, you will be hungry in the evening and afther eight is the worst time to eat becouse afther that you go to bed. I was only one overweight and that was becouse of the pills, now I have 54kg, and 1.72cm high. I keep this weight by proper food.

There are some good things about hydroxycut but the only real true way you are going to maintain a great figure is by proper diet and exercise...it may sound like a pain but no pain no gain right? ;)

all "magic diet pills" are a waste of money. nothing will help except a multi-vitamin so you know you are getting the nutrients you need combined with a good diet and exercise.
