Recently I've been extremely fatigued - not "sleepy", but rather a drained, my-muscles-don't-want-to-work kind of tired. Usually I work out daily, in addition to a job where I'm always on my feet, walking around, and going up and down stairs. I've never had a problem with energy before - I'm usually a very upbeat and outgoing person. But lately my job alone has been making me absolutely exhausted! I don't know what I can do to get my energy back! :(
My diet is wonderful - lots of fruits & veggies, & enough meats, carbs, and fats. I also take a multi-vitamin each day (One-A-Day Women's), get between 7-9 hours of good sleep each night, and don't consume caffeine (& don't want to start). I drink about 10 glasses of water each day. I usually get regular exercise, but lately I literally can't move. I just don't know what to do!! :(
Again, I'm not "sleepy", but rather I'm just physically tired... even if I haven't worked out. Please help!!
