Exercise as much as you're able to and stay on a healthy diet. Sometimes it takes a long time to get your body used to being without opiates (and methadone is an opiate, too.) Stay clean and sober and do healthy things to distract yourself--feeling bad now isn't going to be as bad as if you go back on drugs and have to deal with that bullshit again. Good luck and keep up the good work.

It's gonna take a while. I am a recovering addict, clean for 7 years. Sometimes I still wake up at night thinking that one more time might be ok, but them I remember that I'm an idiot and that would be a BAD IDEA. It just takes time and support. Get a sponser so you'll always have someone to understand and support you. If you want it bad enough, things will work out just fine, but you have to MAKE IT.

You need to pray and except Jesus. Buy a Bible!
