still feelin bad after 7mths out of methadone clinic and im now prescribed to 2mg of xanax a day for about 4 mths now...is that goin to be methadone withdrawal all over again when i try to get off of xanax?

Xanax is in fact addictive, and there are withdrawls if you
just suddenly stop. Eventually, you can decrease the amount
and stop with the withdrawls.
I can't say why you doc put you on that, other than to help you
stay relaxed. Heroin is a very bad drug that is super hard to stop.
But I am glad to hear you are TRYING to get away from that.
Please be good to your self. Remember, God gave you life for
a reason. Just stay clean, and it will be revealed to you in HIS
time. Your body is the temple of God. Treat it as such.

read...I promise you God will help you. He gives you strength !!

Methadone is crazy hard to get off of. I have not answer for you just telling you good luck.
