You asked for it - take your pick of which reason you want:

1) - because your body is going to end up in the morgue were some weird freak is doing the night shift - good luck.
2) - unless you've completely cleaned out your closets... imagine the trash tid-bits people will talk about - the embarrassment to the family finding all your secrets - Remember why they always tell you to wear clean underwear.
3) - Your family not missing you as much as you think they'll miss you.
4) - Your ex- giving thanks for your death - the perfect release and what a boost to the attraction meter. Singles fall for recently bereived. The ex will be in someone elses arms getting a whole lot of comfort soon after they close your box.
I could go on...

The moral here is that once dead you don't get to gloat in the sweetness of victory. If you've got a fight with someone, killing yourself is helping nobody. Not even yourself. Oh sorry, it'S helping the coroner, the guy in the morgue, the undertaker...
Life is only worth something if allowed to take its natural course.

A person that is ready to commit suicide is in tremendous emotional pain and feels that it can never go away.

The pain can go away. Usually it takes tons of work to get rid of the pain. Sometimes it will only end by leaving an abuser, or getting away from drugs, whatever it is that causes that hurt deep inside you.

Honey, if you are to the point of giving up seek help for yourself. Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Sometimes we hurt so very much that we just can't keep going on. Been there. Don't give up. Jesus loves you. I imagine your family loves you. Friends love you. Don't let one person make you miserable. Overcome!!

Be the person God created you to be. Let Him decide when your life is over and until then, fight the good fight!

Suicide is an attempt to end some kind of stress. If you succeed in killing yourself you will certainly end whatever stress you may have had. However, you will also end all chances of finding appropriate ways of dealing with bad times so that you can go on to have many really good times. Life is a gift from Almighty God and to take your own life grieves God and everyone who loves you. There is help for you; please tell someone you trust that you need this help. Or call your local mental health organization. You can even go to an emergency room and get help. Good luck!

I feel suicide is very selfish as they don't think about the ones they are leaving behind and what they will have to deal with. Think about how they will be hurting and aching inside with losing a loved one, whether it be their child, parent, spouse, significant other, friend or even an acquaintance. Death is never an easy thing to deal with.

I know there are different circumstances for everybody. Some people are severely depressed and think it's the only way out. Some may have lost a loved one unexpectedly. Maybe they lost their job and have no means of supporting themselves or their family. Or, the big one, could be...maybe they're on medication that makes them feel it's better to kill yourself and just get it over with. My sister in law attempted that this afternoon. She's been on PAXIL and it's destroying her mind, literally. She's not thinking logically or thinking about what she will leave behind...her two beautiful children and the people who love her and will do anything for her. Luckily we caught her in time before she had the chance to do anything.

Oops...sorry...didn't mean to go there. Anyway, just think about everything. Think about each and every person in your life and how it would effect them. Find someone to talk to, whether it be a friend, family, a blog, chatroom, therapist, whoever will listen and not be biased. You can even email me. I'm dealing with someone who wants to do the same thing, but we're not going to let her! And I'll do what I can to help you in whatever way I can.

Lots of people out there care...even perfect strangers. :) Please take care of yourself and think twice about ending your life... ~Kendra Leigh

Because inside you, there is a part of Our Divine Creator. You are here for a reason, you just haven't found it yet. If God,dess were standing right in front of you, would you still pull the trigger? Or break down, knowing that they have been there all along and you couldn't feel them? God,dess is inside you! Do not do this; putting the end of your life in your own hands is your soul's business -not your mind's business. One good reason- go step into the sunshine, and imagine what it would be like in life if you couldn't feel it's warmth, and healing rays? Blessed be.

Because somewhere in this world someone will have lost something special if you do ...

And the people here would miss the great questions you still haven't asked us...

And because the sun will come out tomorrow and you should be here to see it!
You haven't seen all the flowers that are growing nor smelled the heady perfume they give us, and I 'm sure you haven't watched the sun come up, nor the birds flying, nor lots of other little things that make our day worth living!
And here's an internet hug from me...and if you aren't here tomorrow how would I be able to send you another one???

Because you don't have to be miserable. I was until I learned how to get better with this book: "The Feeling Good Handbook" by Dr. David Burns. I was depressed and suicidal for almost 5 years and gave up and tried to end it twice. Then after a stay in the ER and subsequently in a mental hospital, I was given that book. It changed my life. Read my story, if you like....

The fear of the unkown.

What if you went to hell:

A place of eternal punishment, eternal starvation, where you are always thirsty, where your skin and flesh is always burning, and you feel extreme pain and hopelessness 24/7 for eternity. You wish you could kill yourself in hell, but you cannot because your soul lives forever. You are contantly being tortured by demons that run the place. There's no food. There's no water. You are chained to a pit with no contact with other people.

Imagine going through that .... Imagine going through that Forever and Ever and Ever.

Because life is a circle. Right now you may be at the bottom half and things seem awful, but in due time you will be at the top half and things will be wonderful. Give yourself the chance to get back on top. It will happen, and you'll be really glad that you're here to enjoy it. Remember, nothing is forever (except death).

suicide is a permanant solution to a tempoary problem. Now if you want to do something that drastic go downtown find a huge rock and throw it through some stores picture window. What will happen next will take your mind off ending your life at least until tomorrow.
