When you have a fever, your whole body becomes warmer. Your normal body temp is around 98.6 F. So, unless you're in a place that's 99 or 100 degrees or more, yes, you will feel cold because the air around you is colder than you. A fever is also the body's way of trying to fight off a problem, so just reducing the fever won't always cure what ails you. An Immediate Care or Urgent Care facility is usually less expensive than a hospital emergency room and you get seen faster. Hope you feel better soon...

That depends on the person. Some people feel cold others hot when they have a fever. If you feel cold, likely you have a low fever. If you feel hot then you may have a high fever and need to go to the doctor or hospital. However neither example is always the case. If you are sick I recommend you go to the doctor regardless of weather or not you have insurance.

Yes!! You have the chills.. and that usually happens when you have a very high fever.. I know you don't have medical insurance but you really need to see a Dr. the dizziness is probably due to the fever and not eating.. which i'm sure you haven't eaten in awhile.. I hope you feel better sweetie!! If your fever gets too high please go to the ER, they can't and won't turn you away!!

Absoluely. The increase in your body temperature makes room air temperature feel much colder. If no allergies to tylenol, try that first, however any fever that lasts 48 hrs or more should be evaluated by a physician. Also, make sure you drink lots of fluids.

Yes it is. Take some Tylenol or Advil for the fever.

yes. your skin can only tell the contrast of tempurature, if your skin is hotter then everything else will seem colder.
