How do you make tea? Would you take tea bag and put the herbs in the tea bag then steep, or put it in the bottom of the pot if i do not have a tea pot? What if instead of herbs, the recipe calls for all spices/seasonings.... here it is:

A good healing tea is made from a pinch of peppermint, a pinch of ginger and either a pinch of clove powder or 2 bruised cloves, add 1 cup of hot water and steep.

She is always tired and feeling weak. I know to give her oj when she has a spell, but what are some signs that she needs medical attention right away? is better than cardio because you gain muscle mass which helps you burn more calories thorugh out the day. So if I lift wieghts for about an hour 4 times a week, will I lose weight? I'm planning to do weight lifting first then when I see a diff in my muscle mass, I'll continue my cardio. What do you think. And No I am not afraid to get big even if I am a girl, i think that's just plain stupid.

I had my last 3 consecutive menstration on May 1, May 31 and June 26. I had a contact with my partner on July 4 afternoon and July 5 morning. Most people think to themselves, I suck, Everybody hates me, I'm nothing when they're suicidal. But not me I don't think of myself altogether I think of others and the world as a whole. Because recently I had a falling out with my family over some extremely racist ****. I am white and I used to date a black guy now dating a mexican and Now I can really see how my family feels about african americans, latinos etc. The first time I heard my father say the n word I couldn't believe it. I got in a huge argument with my parents and brothers and basically left do not live there anymore. I do visit but after everything that happened I realized there was nothing I could do to change them and how they feel. I get suicidal over that stuff. Nobody actually cares about how I feel. And where are the people in the world that feel as I do? Why out of all the people in the world does MY family have to be like this?
