I am assuming that you do not have acute appendicitis otherwise you wouldn't be waiting for an answer via Yahoo instead more likely you would be awaing the paramedics to get you to the local ER!
Surgery is the most effective therapy for acute appendicitis. It may not be that natural but considering surgery has been an option for many years I personally don't see it as being unatural especially when it comes to the removal of an infected organ and a pretty useless one at that!

There is no known therapy for acute apendicitis, if you or someone you know is suffering right now, go to the hospital and have it removed, if / when it bursts, the bacteria released into the abdomen will be lethal.

So you know if you leave your appendicitis untreated, it will rupture and cause sepsis.... which will eventually cause you to die. So that is fun, go have surgery now.
