he is not having any problem with the vision but can see the marks in the eye.

Is the surrounding skin near the eye also black? If yes, it is Nevus of Ota.. a black discoloration of the skin and eys could also be affected. It could be treated by the Opthalmologist through laser, the skin through Qs NdYAG laser.

I have those and my friend told me it was nothing that its something some people are born with kinda like a birth mark but she may have been wrong. But im 15 and nothing is wrong with me i have perfect vision so i wouldnt worry too much. But i would still get it checked out just in case.

its birth mark or a mole take it easy. they can be present any where on our body, even the white portion of our eye ball. I have them in both my eyes. no problem. but if ur still worried see a doc. his confirmation will make u feel comfortable.
