I had my last 3 consecutive menstration on May 1, May 31 and June 26. I had a contact with my partner on July 4 afternoon and July 5 morning. On July 7, I noticed a vaginal discharge of white clear fluid just like the color of a raw egg white coupled with lover back pain and a pain which I believe is in my cervix. What is the chance of getting pregnant?

Well I think that the pain you experienced...and the discharge you had, was actually ovulation (So, in theory, if you had sex 2 days before ovulation, then you could get pregnant, but unlikely!
If you did not want a pregnancy, then you perhaps should have used the morning after pill the day after sex...for peace of mind.
If you are not pregnant, and don't want to be at this stage, then why oh why do you not use contraception??? Better to be safe than sorry.

Chance is zero. You had sex on 10 and 11th day. Even if one takes yur average cycle as 26 days based on latest dates, ovulation should occur on 12th day. Ovulation occured on July 7, which is 13th day, as established by white discharge, lower back pain, cervix pain. Pain in the midrange of cycle is due to ovulation. Hence you have missed ovulation just by 2 days. It is believed that ovulation occurs after white discharge starts and it becomes very slippery. Unelss you had sex on July 7,8,9,10, chances of pregnancy appear zero, unless of course you could check the ovulation by some kits.
