Looking for a group of people to join our weight loss challenge for a great support team. You can choose to use your own diet, or our diet plan. (Ive lost 100 lbs. on it). Just had a baby so I have 50 lbs. to lose again. The diet is simple and I learned it from my physician. You begin a food journal, writing down everything that hits your lips. You can choose to count cals (1300-1500 per day) or total fat grams (20-30). Less than these recommendations is unhealthy. You exercise 30 min. a day. Which can include parking in the back of the parking lot and walking to the store. Just little things, whatever you choose to do. Aerobics, walking, yoga, whatever floats your boat. You will lose 2-3 pounds a week. (The dr. reccommended amount) Any more is not healthy and your skin does not have adequate time to stretch back into place. You can eat just about anything youd like.
