Surgery is the only way. If it was going to go back it would be back by now. You must have had that tum for a long time. So long that it stretched your skin out to the point of no return. Surgery is your only option now.

first of all congratulations for the massive weight loss, that is a great achievemnet, you should be proud. i have a friend that has the same problem but when i gave him advice it is no longer a problem.
second of all six days a week is way too much, your body has not got enough time to recover so it won't be able to settle in, you have lost too much weight too quickly.
some basic excercises are: pullovers, crunches using a gym ball, sprinting- not jogging, weighted situps and weighted chin-ups. hope this helps, good luck

I Have Lost 300 pounds after having a gastric bypass a few years ago, and if you have a lot of skin (because skin can only stretch so far and it doesn't have a lot of elasticity to bounce back) all the doctors I've spoken to say that skin removal is your best bet. If there is a lot it Will be painful, but they say it's worth it. A plastic surgeon would be your best bet. A consultation won't hurt. Good luck

Skin is a very flexible organ. Give it a bit of time to flex back and "shrink" to your internal size. Depending on how long you were heavy and how fast you lost the weight it may take a bit of time. Surgery should be a LAST resort!

My girlfriend has the same problem. She went on a crash diet and now has saggy skin round her waist and arms etc.
I REALLY wouldn't suggest surgery.
Instead try this.
1. Increase you intake of EFA's (omega 3's essentially)
[EFA = essential fatty acids]
2. Get a body brush from Boots and use it
3. Eat more protein
4. Increase your intake of collagen (types I and III)
5. Give it time (a few months at least).
Good luck!!

I would say that the only way you could get rid of the loose skin is to get it all lopped off by a plastic surgeon. It's pretty expensive, though!

Avoid the surgery who would sell a surgical procedure to someone? Don't these people take an oath of 'first do no harm'? Eat right, exercise but not to exhaustion, right moral conduct will do you just fine.
