If cinnamon and cloves are so healthy if taken in a capsule, why can`t I just buy my own from the grocery store and put them in gelatin capsules? I keep reading more about how cinnamon improves Cholesterol levels and cloves helps insulin problems. Why do we need to buy them from expensive health food stores?

he had testicular cancer about a 2 years ago he is approaching the age of 42!whats the chances of me getting it.i seem 2 develop conditions from him eg.acne through teenage years im only 15 by the way

In Australia there are strict guidelines to giving blood and one of them is whether you have lived in the UK for 6 months from 1980 to 1996. (your not allowed to donote blood if you did)

i know that my bmi would put me one point below obesity, i'm 6' 0" tall and weigh 240 lbs. techinally i'm borderline obese. i am a fit person and i do exercise often. and if you looked at me you would not think that guy is fat. so do you think the bmi factor is off and it needs to be recalculated.
