Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

I will assume you are otherwise in good health: Lets try a fairly simple fast. Drink tons of distilled water - or 10 eight oz. glasses per day. Eat lots of watermelon (make it the entire meal at least once a day). Drink organic Carrot Juice - Haines' Hollywood brand - blue can in grocery store (one can a day). Take Vit. E., zinc, Magnesium, and Vit. C daily, get some good Super Food supplement - Wendy Wilson (www.thepowerherbs.com) carries a good line. Salt intake - min and only Sea Salt. Eat only ORGANIC raw fruit and veggies, or at least lightly steamed if raw is too much for you. Eat lots of Broccoli. Walk continuously (at a fast pace) for at least one hour per day, without stopping for any breaks. Start out slow and work into a mile a day, if this is too much for you. And do a bowel cleanse. The following has a Poop Test which will help you along the way to a healthy weight maintenance program. Look in the top right hand corner of the following web site for Poop Test. Click on same and follow the directions - be truthful. http://colon-cleansing.info/ I personally lost 15 lbs. in 6 weeks on this regiment. The daily walking is the real key TO A HEALTHY YOU!! Oh, and one more thing. Avoid the obvious - coffee, booze, soft drinks, sweets, fast food eateries, pork and/or other bottom feeders in the animal food chain, junk food in general. This stuff will destroy a good fast and murder a sound diet. God bless.

I did lose about 20 pounds in 2 months by going on a high protein, low carb diet that I made up myself. The important parts of this diet seemed to be:
1. None or extremely small amount of carbs before noon. For breakfast, I ate 1/2 can of water-packed tuna, with a little cheese melted on top. For a morning snack, I would have a small package of dry-roasted peanuts.
2. At noon, I would have a large salad with the other half can of tuna on top. Salad dressing should NOT be low-fat (which tends to have added sugar).
3. Afternoon snack should be raw unsweetened fruit, such as a whole apple.
4. Dinner should include a large salad, with same, full-fat salad dressing. Then eat moderate portions that can include one serving of whole-wheat grains (such as a piece of whole-wheat bread), plus meat, veggies, low-sugar fruit.
5. Dinner can include one glass of red wine.
6. Avoid after-dinner snacks, or have something high-protein.
Other important parts of this diet: Do everything possible to avoid high-fructose corn syrup and/or artificial sweeteners. These are the sweeteners in almost any soft drink made, so that means drink water or unsweetened ice tea instead. Hot or cold green tea also seems to help reduce the feeling of hunger.
You should also establish an exercise routine of 15-20 minutes a day of moderate exercise (something like Pilates can be done quickly as part of the morning routine). This amount of exercise really won't help to take off the pounds by itself, but it will help to firm and also seems to cut down the feeling of hunger.
I stayed pretty close to this diet for two months and lost 20 pounds, then went to a more modified version (allowing myself an occasional soft drink or dessert) and have kept the weight off now for about 5 years. If I start gaining a few pounds, I go back to the strict diet for a week or so, and get back down to my ideal weight.
The best thing I found about this diet was that it worked pretty quickly (I lost about 2-3 pounds per week, and you really shouldn't try to lose more than that), and I felt very little hunger. I also seemed to have more energy.
Good luck!

Good diet and brisk walking or cycling 30 minutes a day. As for whether it's healthy or not to lose that much weight in that length of time, it depends on how overweight you are. I was 215 last year and lost 30lbs in 2 months following this plan and felt fine. I'm 172 now and holding that while I continue the diet with just a small amount of exercise. I feel great and don't look so bad either. For good diet recommendations, see Chet Day's site:

lots of sex, sex and more sex, but dont you dare to open the fridge for the break between sessions. In other words aerobic exercise with empty breaks. Drink water, and have your regular meals well balance. Stay away from sweets, fried food, the TV, go out, don't smoke, drink. Is easy just do what the few best people do, is your choice be the best you can be or stay like the crying crowd. Remember the easy life is always ugly, the sexy goodlooking life has its price and is very hard to pay.

The fastest and safest are zone or protein-based like south beach--they work! If you live in the LA area, I lost 23 pounds using a service called Slenderzone that cooks and delivers food right to you--expensive but it really worked.

I have only ever had success by employing appetite suppressants along with energy boosters. Check out some e-pinions about various supplements.
...it has been a while since I lost my weight (lost about 90Lb eight years ago, & have kept it off), but I used Dexatrim back then. This was when Dexatrim used "phen phen" in its product, and unfortunately it has been re-engineered since.
Just remember to take advantage and put the appetite suppressant and energy boosters to work!
Good luck!
