I just wakeup with my stomach burning and feeling acidy and sour all morning, and i try to eat but i feel worse, and then i finally stomach a turkey sandwich at work, but all day its like a battle between feeling really shitty and halfway shitty...what should I do (besides see a doctor which I am doing soon, just looking for casual advice) ? Any OTC meds work for any of you for similar problems? I also have diarehha (sp?) on a daily basis, which is awful. Do you think its a diet issue (im not the most consistent eater) or maybe something else?

im 17. both my grand grandmas have died. one when i was 15 the other 16 when i went to their furenals i didn't feel that sad. i felt weird like shouldn't i have some kind of feelings? and we got along so well. when i was 16 my friend that i have know since i we were in 1st grade died in a hit and run. we were such good friends. his casket was left open and you could tell were on his head and neck were messed up. i had some cats die some dogs die. but it always seems like i should be sad maybe even crying. but it never appears to me why is this?
