Weight lifting - get yourself some 3 or 5 lb weights and do bicep curls, tricep extensions, that sort of thing. Yoga is pretty good, too - have you seen Madonna's arms?

that's easy dumbbells light on the pounds if u go heavy u will increase ur muscle size if u want to tone use the same size every other day

You can use dumb bells. It is easy and will work fast if you put the time in it.

Do exercises that focus in on your arms.
Eat less and exercise more.
