how many calories should i have for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to lose weight. fast!!! I want to be skinny by august.

Assuming you're also exercising regularly, an adult can live off of 1500 calories a day and still be healthy (this also assumes that the calories come from a balanced diet) Losing weight but being weak and sickly isn't the answer, so don't starve yourself.

Don't eat more than 1200 calories a day. Also excercise. The weight should come off pretty fast.

start with a half a grapefruit and a glass a water to start with. As any diet it depends on the person. a life style change is the only way to keep the weight off.
