Firstly, are you hot tempered? Secondly, if you are angry, exercise to vent out all the anger. Take deep breaths, count to ten, whatever calms you down. Play an instrument, just relax, take a walk, don't make a mountain out of a mole hill.

iF it's other ppl that are makin gyou mad try 2 avoid them or talk to them about ur problem. If it's say a relative, sum1 u can't avoid, then tell them ur problem... I hope this helps but if this isn't enough, you could go to anger management or something like that. Being upset could give you high blood presssure or so I heard. I hope this helps, and good luck :)

Stay away from things that get you angry. When you feel that you ARE becoming angry, leave the situation and take deep breaths. Think of a way to fix the situation or reply to the person(s) you're arguing with.

Finding the source is important to deter anger.

I recommend the book "Anger: The Other Side of Love" by Gary Chapman: Is more like a guide to a self-reflecting study that will reveal many interesting and practical things to work on.

Reducing your pace will help in observing yourself better in this soul-search.

Add new beautiful elements to your life. Watch that movie "What About Bob" and notice how humans are influenced by how they take their settings.

Best wishes.

You have to get to the root of your anger. Once you figure out why your angry you can begin the process of healing. In the meantime find reasons to be happy. A shrink would probably be a HUGe help with all this.

Get your BP checked several times, mine was completely out of control and killing me, now given the right meds I rarely get angry, (I was always before) and now I could live to 70 if I keep taking the pills.
Don't waste your money on shrinks; even if it's not BP, they make a living out of misery through quackery so why would they want you better even if they could?

Go on long walks. Try taking deep breaths when you're starting to feel really angry. Just relax yourself as much as you can. Maybe get some books on meditation.

Train yourself, over and over again untill you get it down, to look at any situation and pick out what is good about that and dwell only on the good, It is not easy but It is so worth it in the end, I had that problem too, If that doesnt work, try Church, God can always help... Good luck

i know that this is going to sound silly, however bare with me....think positive.... Power of thought determines everything in you're life. you donot become mad until you first get the thought. try to look at things in a more positive light and see what happens.
I have been doing it now for years, I thought the idea was crazy until I tried it out for a week or so.

Anger is tricky. I may get my feelings hurt, then I get pissed off. Lack of control, frustration, idiots surrounding you--injustice, all can contribute to "anger". For me, (which I do NOT recommend as a solution, tis stop-gap), beer takes the edge off. Then again, it can put the edge on if I am around someone that pisses me off.
