I am going to Turkey in a few days (Really looking forward to it) and I'm told that it's about 45degrees C there at the moment. I am concerned that it may be too hot to do anything at all and I have really pale skin that burns when I'm out in the sun at 25 Degrees. Does anyone have any suggestions that may help?

Recently I've been noticing stains on my 13 year old daughter's bed sheets when doing the washing, and last night as I walked past her bedroom on my way to the bathroom I heard a lot of heavy breathing and what sounded suspiciously like a vibrator. I'm shocked that she would be masturbating at such a young age, however I have no real problem with it, but I'm not sure whether I should take this as a sign that she is ready to have the "sex talk" or whether it would just embarrass her.

What do you think? Is she too young for me to give her the sex talk? I hadn't been planning it for a couple of years but she's obviously more sexually mature than I thought she was!!!

Some of my TOE nails TURNED BLACK!!!?
One of them came off but there was a new nail underneath...Why is this happening? Should I go see a doctor?

I'm 16years old and I never started my period yet. And no i'm not sexually active. Anyways, I already seen a Gynecologist and they stuck a q-tip up there to see if I have an opening. They already checked my chromosomes, it says i'm a Female Female. I already had an Ultrasound and everything was there. In the beggining of June they gave me a medication(Medroxyprogrostoin)(something like that) and I was suppose to start about a week or two after the last day of takeing it. So I took it for 10days already. Ended on June 10th and it's past 2weeks now. The doctors are going to disguise what to do next. What else could they do? Anyone? Oh right and if it matters i'm 5ft 5inches tall and 102lbs.(Small framed)

I'm 13 years old and I think I might have just started my period but I don't know and my mum is at work so I don't know who to ask or what to do. My stomach has been hurting all day since I got up this morning but I thought it was just regular tummyache but just now I went to the toilet and there's a kind of brownish stain in my pants and when I wiped there was more on the toilet paper. But I don;'t know if it's my period or not, shouldn't it be red like blood? My stomach is really sore now as well, and I feel a bit sick what should I do? And I've just got toilet paper in my pants just now cos I don't have anything else to use, is that ok?

i read all the answers to my question on how to get my 2 yr old grand daughter to sleep. ive talked to her doctor and she said to try benadryl we did and she didnt even yawn so that didnt work.ive tried stopping the naps she doesnt actually sleep during nap time she talks and plays in her crib.ive tried the earlier bedtimes and she is will talk and play in her crib til about 9.30 then fall asleep for 2 or 3 hours.we take her to the park the zoo out for long walks during the day and in late afternoon.she eats her dinner about 6.00 so i know she isnt hungry.she will sleep if we go in and rock her and as soon as we put her in the bed she wakes up and screams at us.
