nobody can give you the right answer unless you have given them your body weight, height, and the intensity level at which you jog (as determined by the heart rate you maintain for that half hour)...

all other answers would be a guess and might not even be close for your estimates...

I think you burn about 200 calories from real, outside moving running, but I don't know about on the spot. The thing to think about is what kind of calories are you burning, not just how many. You can eat more calories from protein than you can from empty carbohydrates without worrying about burning them.
