I think I'm going crazy. How do you know when you're losing your mind?

I know exactly how you feel. I know my mental state is affecting my work life and home life. I think if you are unable to perform your job as it should be done for at least 3 - 4 days you should talk to HR for a short term leave through FMLA. I need to in a very bad way but I was informed it doesn't take effect until I've been w/ the co. a year. But, if you were eligible I would talk to your HR supervisor and your doctor, so he can write out the request. I would definitely talk to your doctor regardless.

If you have had thoughts of killing your co-workers or killing yourself, now would be a good time to talk to a mental health care professional. Does your company have a stress management team? If so, talk to them. Or make an appointment with your own doctor.

When you go to work and don't even remember getting up to go or you show up in your undies. That's a good sing its time to get help. If you are at work and been doin the same thing for years and cant remember how to do it. That's when its time to get help. If you have been working at a place for 15 years and cant remember how to get their or get lost trying to get their . That's a good sing you need to get help. If everyone in the place seems like strangers and you have seen them ever day for years. That's a real good sing you need to get help. If it comes lunch time and you think its time to go home and leave then you do need to get help.

You don't-that's why you have a mental health issue in the first place.

When you start being unable to perform things in your life normally, like you used to. It's ok to seek help, you are loved at least as a person by many of us in society, we wish the best for you! Please get counseling anytime you are unsure to see what a pro thinks. Good Luck!

When you crap your pants at work and cannot stop laughing about it. Then, you throw your soiled garments at the boss. You've officially lost it then!
