i read all the answers to my question on how to get my 2 yr old grand daughter to sleep. ive talked to her doctor and she said to try benadryl we did and she didnt even yawn so that didnt work.ive tried stopping the naps she doesnt actually sleep during nap time she talks and plays in her crib.ive tried the earlier bedtimes and she is will talk and play in her crib til about 9.30 then fall asleep for 2 or 3 hours.we take her to the park the zoo out for long walks during the day and in late afternoon.she eats her dinner about 6.00 so i know she isnt hungry.she will sleep if we go in and rock her and as soon as we put her in the bed she wakes up and screams at us.

Take your granddaughter for a drive in the car. The movement of the car will put her to sleep. I did a lot of sightseeing getting my son to sleep.

you should just rock her to sleep and go lay in your bed with her in yours arms and maybe she will stay asleep.

cut out as much sugar intake as possible
