I'm 16years old and I never started my period yet. And no i'm not sexually active. Anyways, I already seen a Gynecologist and they stuck a q-tip up there to see if I have an opening. They already checked my chromosomes, it says i'm a Female Female. I already had an Ultrasound and everything was there. In the beggining of June they gave me a medication(Medroxyprogrostoin)(something like that) and I was suppose to start about a week or two after the last day of takeing it. So I took it for 10days already. Ended on June 10th and it's past 2weeks now. The doctors are going to disguise what to do next. What else could they do? Anyone? Oh right and if it matters i'm 5ft 5inches tall and 102lbs.(Small framed)

I wouldn't be too worried about it until the doctors start to worry. You may just be a late bloomer. I had one period when I was 16 and my next when I was 18. People's bodies mature at different rates.

You are stressing and that does delay the activity. Relax. Let your doctors know how anxious you are so they can help you clam down and reassure you of next steps and possible problems they suspect. They will not inform you if they believe you will get to hyped about the information and cause you more stress. Slow down and wait. It's late, but not too late.

Some people just start really late. I had a friend who didn't start till she was 17. I'm surprised that the medication didn't kick in. I wonder if it could be something in your diet or your metabolism

Four days after ending one course of Medroxyprogesterone a woman/girl generally menstruates. In case you did not start (as u say)they will go for full hormonal assay to know if you are a case of "primary (idiopathic)ovarian failure".
Ovaries of some girls do not start functioning for unknown reasons.
They treat you accordingly.

Don't worry! I know 2 people who got their periods at 17. You're just a late bloomer that's all. If you're petit in size, and are developing slowly, that can also have something to do with it. Don't worry!!! Don't stress over it, it'll come when you least expect it... unfortunately...
