Women are held to a higher standard than men. However, men can't remain a virgin by themselvers - it takes two, remember. So, if a man is not a virgin, then there's a woman that made it possible. Besides, having sex is wonderful; men reach their sexual peak at about 18 while women reach their sexual peak about mid-30's. That's why men (boys) usually lose their virginity long before women do.

Who says so? Many women "state" that they are virgins, but I'll bet that less than 25% of them really are. Virginity is considered "hymen intact", and many women lose that distinction through strenuous physical activity such as high school sports, or self experimentation. In today's society, virginity is no a desirable trait in most relationships. Women have acknowledged their sexuality in a more open and self assured manner, and they want to "play" as much as men do. Both genders of the species find intimate and sexual acts enjoyable. If we didn't then we'd be programmed to act like the rest of the mammals on the planet, and females would only allow copulation for breeding purposes. If it wasn't just plain fun, then ask yourself "Why do lesbians like it?"
