I run 2 miles every morning and I exercise 6 days a week I have lost 12lbs in 4 weeks. my belly has gotten flatter but I had a baby and my love handles are just sticking like they dont want to leave what should I do ?

I usually have a very healthy appetite and although im slim and healthy i eat a lot. but for the last couple of days i just havnt been able to face even the thought of food and when i smell food it actualy turns my stomach?
Does anyone know whats up with me?

I've just been diagnosed with co-dependency. I'm in shock. Not by the diagnosis but the fact I've been diagnosed with it. Currently, I'm educating myself on the subject matter. I just wanted to find out if there are any out there and how they learned about their condition and what they did to treat it. It's kinda frightening what the worst case scenarios are but because I have two small kids, I want to get better for me so that I can take care of them better so they won't suffer.

Also, how long did you take it and how quickly did you see results? I have tried everything it seems and I don't want to keep "testing" stuff. I want to know what others have tried and suceeded with. Gastric Bypass is NOT an option.

Yesterday night I found a dead bird on my patio, bleeding from its head all over the pavement. The blood is dried now and the bird is being picked over by some ants and flies, but it's mostly still intact.

How can I get rid of it without exposing myself to any disease like west nile or, however unlikely it is, bird flu? I'm a little creeped out and afraid to touch it for fear of catching some strange disease.

I just got on the Depo Shot it has changed my mood dramadically. Im angery and upset all the time. My poor boyfriend is paying for it. I try to hold it back but I cant help it. My doctor basicly said I have deal with it. Im not a big romance person. What can I do for my boyfriend. He is so sweet in dealing with me.
