While there are some girls who truly do like the feeling of a really giant penis inside of them, the vast majority do not.

Well Average size is 7 to 8 inch (18cm to 21cm)
It matters if its too small but dont worry if you are below average!

--I have itty-bitty 6" penis. Nothing but a standard shaft! I will say this, because I am not John Holmes, it has taught me the wonders of oral sex (giving, not getting). Guess what I found out? Well it does. If it's small and skinny it might be harder to stimulate the g-spot therefor making it harder for the woman to climax. Of course if it's very large it will mostly cause the woman a lot of pain and discomfort. 5-7inches is considered ideal for length and circumfrence.

does size matter?....honestly...it's up to the individual receiving it. i like 'em big. i have a friend who doesn't. it's all a personal preference. but...if the guy has a small penis, and you want bigger...doc johnson sells vac-u-lock extensions. also good for the guy with erectile dysfunction. (cause sometimes...you just need more than oral sex.)

not really. It's all in how it's used. Too big or too small is a factor but the mid-range is fine an inch or two really doesn't make that much difference.
