I am 5'3 and weigh 123lbs, and I am 29. This is fine for walking on the street, but I am entering competitive ballroom dance. I have a soft middle. No tone. My upper arms are soft, but not flabby. My thighs are soft, not flabby.
I have started taking one hour cardio classes, followed by a 15min back and abs class. I am taking these classes three times a week.
How soon will I start seeing results? I started last week. I am dieting as well.
