You'd have to ask the clinic. It wont hurt anything to call and ask them.

Usually they take your information, medical history, ask you for income information.
Qualification for free birth control may depend on your income.

All you have to do is go in.They will ask for your ID but they do not give anyone your personal information. I had a friend that went there and she said they are very nice and will protect your identity and information even if you are under age. Good Luck!

an i d and a doctors note..
any one can take birthcontrol.. but a doctor must look at the body to check if there are any possible complications. but maybe thats what they do at the clinic.

nothing. they basically just ask you information on your background and stuff. they don't tell your family or anything. everything is confidential
