Reason why I asked this question is because a couple of days ago I went on a junk food binge. I didn't eat any good foods for the whole day but just junk food. Of course, I felt very sluggish. However, I noticed my bones ached more than they usually do. I'm not overweight I'm 5'9 and 180 pounds of muscle. I kind of thought that having all that sugar in my system contributed to my body aches as far as bone is concerned.

No, as a matter of fact Glucosamine ( a popular supplement) is a "sugar" that lubricates the joints. It is more likely , the LACK of other nutrients is at play.
