I think that once you get them off and see your new smile, you'll be glad you got them to begin with. You may need to wear braces for a few months--and they can be awkward. But the resultant smile will last you the rest of your life. They're worth it.

I THINK THAT BRACES ARE VERY CUTE... BUT THATS ONLY IF YOU TAKE CARE OF THEM SUCH AS...BRUSH YOUR TEETH AND FLOSS... BUT OF COURSE THAT IS IMPORTANT TO DO BRACES OR NOT... SO IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT IF YOU LOOK GOOD WITH BRACES OR NOT DON'T EVEN WORRY ABOUT IT BECAUSE YOU ARE WHO YOU ARE AND IF SOMEBODY DOES NOT LIKE YOU BECAUSE YOU HAVE BRACES THEN THEIR NOT EVEN WORTH IT... AND IF YOUR PLANNING ON GETTING BRACES THEN DO WHATEVER YOU THINK IS BEST... BECAUSE IF YOU ALWAYS DO WHAT EVERYONE ELSE WANTS YOU TO DO THEN YOU'LL NEVER BE HAPPY...

i think braces are cute, only if you have them and your teeth are clean. I would like some myself but its expensive.

i've heard that they're painful, and a lot of my friends are either getting them or getting them off this year. you usually need them for more than a few months. one of my friends has had them for 6 years now. if you/your family/dentist/orthodontist think that it's the right thing, go ahead. you probably won't regret it. having never needed them myself, i don't know what it's like to have them, but ask friends, they might give you differing perspectives.

i think they are great if you need them. i have invisalign and they are the greatest thing ever invented as far as braces go.

I had em, they worked great for me, my teeth now are very straight, and no more over bites or unwanted teeth jammed together. Anything to make your smile better, go 4 it.
