I have spells sometimes that feel like warm water running over the back of my head. Sometimes it starts with a sharp pain and I grab my head then I can feel the warm water run over my brain, like its between my skull and brain. This is so weird, it's really hard to explain too. Does anyone know what this is? It's been driving me crazy since I was about 13 years old ( i'm 28 now).

See a specialist and request a n mri scan to determine if it is aproblem with your nerves or maybe anothe problem wil arrise that can be resolved. Make sure its a neurologist. EPILEPSY COULD ALSO BE A FACTOR IN THE FORM OF A PETIT MAL.

It could be an aura to your migraine. I am a migraine sufferer and sometimes I have had symptoms similar to that, but atypical to my usual migraines. Do you see a headache specialist (neurology) or family practitioner? If not, I would see one.

Since this is still bothering you and you still have migraines, I would tell your doctor, or another doctor you want a catscan to see if there is anything causing this sensation.

First and foremost have you gone to a doctor? You could have a serious brain malfunction (and I am not trying to be funny) you should go get it checked out if you haven't already.

it does sound like you have a nerve problem, id get a second opinion from another Dr, and request a cat-scan. a cat-scan gets more into depth than a ct -scan.
