My friend recently quit drinking and wants to begin the healing process of his liver and kidneys. Are there any foods out there that will help heal the damage he has done already? I heard cranberries are good for the kidneys but no idea on the liver...Thanks.

I am suffering from mental illness as well as addiction and i already belong to VMH in salt lake but my problem is I cant be honest with them about much because im on probation and risk going to jail when all I really need is help overcoming some of my problems and getting out the hurt and suffering im going through I need someone i can be honest with that wont chastise me for what im doing or have done or am dealing with cause i am really lost lonely depressed and hooked but jail is not good for me it makes me think of and occasionly act out thoughts that start building inside of me. Im very scared that I will never be able to get the proper help because I cant be honest because Im afraid of the outcome of my honesty I havnt really done anything that bad other than I always have to lie to someone to cover me from the control that some choose to use on me. I really need a friend; someone i can trust and be able to get affection and advice or treatment from. Please help.

I am 34 years old, and have been through a lot of problems in my life. For instance, had 11 surgeries in 1 year after a horrible car accident, horrible in-laws, came from the different continent...
My problem is that I think of negative things constantly, and I am so TIRED of myself, that I just want to disapear.If I was not afraid of afterlife, I would easily kill myself. It is not even depression any more, I am just tired, tired, tired of life. How am I suppose to live for another 30-35 years? I am in pain every day, on the top of everything, I have scars on my body that I can not ever go to the beach,ever wear short sleeves, I did not have any luck getting pregnant, the only friend I had, went back to Europe, and I miss her...Can I take some medication, should I talk to the shrink, should I ...What should I do? ok, i am a mid teenager, i eat heathy and i am 5.8 at about 140 pounds. I have love handles but not ugly fat ones like some people do. I want to get rid of them and they have stretch marks on them. If i lose weight there what will my hips look like after i loose wieght? Stretch marks? And why do i have stretch marks when 200 pound girls don't?

This is a very touchy subject!! So yes this is rather embrassing but I'm hoping that I'm not the only one with this problem. I haven't talked to my docter for one because he's a man and two because I'm way to embrassed that I'm the only patient with this. So anywho I get a little bit of this "white stuff" everyday in my underwear. It smells weird and it sometimes clear. I don't know what to do? I have a boyfriend and whenever were making out it, I sorta start getting "wet" with this "white stuff." If you have this problem or whatever it is or you know someone with it can you please let me know what they or you did to get this fixed, because it's really embrassing. Anybody with advice or tips PLEASE reply... thank-you!!!
