You probably just don't clean well under there, just wash it well because its probably just bacteria built up or worst case could be an STD

OMG i cant believe that our public school systems are sooooo behind that they didnt drill that into your head i am sooo sorry but ne way better that you know now than never......you see sonny boy you wait 1 to 2 weeks untill the cheese is rank smelling and ripe this is for best results of course, that cheese is used for your consumption along with those black little balls hanging off your butt hairs these can be delicately enjoyed with a nice cracker or a cheese danish if you prefer. I don't think it''s dangerous but do you wash the inderside of your foreskin? Can you pull yr foreskin till the base of your penus? If the answer is no for both questions then you may need to circumcise your dick. I had a similiar problem till I have my small operation.

The cheesy stuff is smegma (a waste material) that is produced and collects under your foreskin. You need to wash it away at least daily with soap and water as failure to do so leads to nasty odours and eventually to serious infections.
Alternatively, see a doctor and ask to be circumcised because one of its many benefits is that you don't then collect smegma.

I think u have a fungi infection that can be transmitted through sex or public pools.
U can wash the infected place with " Povidone iodine" ="Betadine" and simultanously use some local medications such as "Clotrimazole" and or some Oral medications such as "Metronidazole".in the local one, use it 4-6 times daily and do not cover the infected place with synthetic cloths and in the oral case use metronidazole every 8 hour.
