You can use the old home remedy and drink warm milk with honey. Thou I can recommend going to the gym in the evening, and working out, or doing yoga and meditation. Works great for me.

don't drink coffee after 6pm
don't watch tv before going to bed
eat and apple or banana before going to bed
valium
