Aw aw he has commited such a sin by stopping now. Why did he stopped such a wonderful thing, he will have o burn in hell for this sin. I think his penis will shrink, dry off and fall like a dry leaf.
That 2 inches will become 2 mm now.

well, if he feel tired all the time it is likely he never have enough sleep. masturbating and tiredness when not having masturbation is different. besides how can he be tired when not doing anything? ask him to sleep early . everyday everyone need sufficient sleeping hours to rest.

No, masturbating is healthy when you don't have a partner.
It doesn't make him tired unless he's doing it very often.
It doesn't make his penis bigger or smaller.
It wouldn't make any problem to sex.
