I heard its for sleeping but is it just for sleeping or to make you sleepy when your sick???

It helps you fall asleep when you're in pain. That is what the commercial says and the bottle.

Tylenol Pm is just acetamenaphine and diphenhydramine. acetamentaphine is the common active ingrediient in Tylenol or generic tylenol. diphenhydramine is nothing but benadryl. You won't get a good REM sleep taking it, but if you are in pain and can't sleep it might help. The problem is that Bendaryl does not make everyone sleepy. P.S. Dont buy Tylenol PM name brand. The generics are exactly the same- just compare the active ingredients and you will see what I mean.

It is just regular tylenol and 25 mg of benedryl
Benedryl is an antihistamine that helps prevent allergic reactions. But one of the side effects is it makes you sleepy. Since it is a relatively harmless drug with that reaction they off label use it for sleep.

It just helps you sleep. Actually, it is NOT good for you at all. It's like taking a benadryl with tylenol. Just an antihistamine.

if you have a hedace it helps with that if you can go to sleep it helps wit that it helps with pian and so on...
