Why is it after being with the same man for over 4yrs, our sex sessions last less then 30 min?

I am serious after all this time 28 minutes of our sex time is foreplay and the man ejaculates in 2 min or less inside of me =] wtf is wrong here?

Sounds like it... I suggest working with him to increase his "ride" time. The grab method... or some "detain" cream... or perhaps wearing a condom sometimes helps.

There is nothing "wrong" you have become use to each other. Both of you know how to push the buttons for the most impact. 30 minutes isn't bad as long as you feel that you are having enough of those thirty minute episodes. I don't think that it is the time that is the issue but your lack of pleasure. I don't think you are feeling fulfilled. Did you find pleasure with him in the past? You seem to be in a rut of sorts. Try something different. Even if it is in how you think of your man. Don't focus on the time that you are making love instead focus on expressing your love for him. Well, sometimes you get into a routine. You end up knowing exactly where your partner is going to go, what they're going to do. You might get something out of changing your "routine". You can also try "holding out". Tickling and massaging everywhere "but". Try arrousing all other areas and stretching out the for-play. You could communicate more. He can tell you when he is getting close to climax and you can change things up to focus on you more...you can communicate it in sexy ways as well---it shouldn't be boring.
