Yes it will affect your children, not it will not affect your sex life. Medical knowledge will probably eventually be able to help with that, but we're nowhere near it yet. It doesn't work well to marry your cousin, or even be more than just cousins unless you're planning on NEVER EVER having sex with them unless you always wear a condom and she always takes birth control. And I mean always. It's just not fair to your children.

Its quite common to have marriages between relatives like the ones specified by you and generally nothing goews wrong!! The genetics warns u of some hereditary anomalies , but you really do not know whether they will be manifested by this marriage. Even otherwise there are 50% chances and hence why do you worry??
If you know each other from childhood and both wants to be partners, there is nothing worng with that!! Since you know each other well, there will be a better understanding between you. Best of luck!!

okeedokee. this is a tough one. i think that you've been watching too much Godfather Part 3. Not that i watch, my bro told me about it. Okay, for starters, that's sick. You should not have sex with ANYONE who has the same blood running through her veins. does that paint a picture for you??? Second, your children (from other cases like this) will probably have webbed fingers and 11 toes. okay, maybe not, but that is a possibility when the same two genes run through a single child. Plus, do you realize how messed up that child's life would be? When they have a geneology project in class (yes, it will come up eventually) and then he/she goes to present it and people start thinking he's weird because his grandparents on both sides are siblings. Just something to think about.
as much as this is really weird, i hope you follow your heart and do whatever you think is right.
ps: do you think it's weird??

Whether you can marry depends on where you live. Check your country's or region's laws for details.
Birth defects are more at risk with cousins than with unrelated couples, but the chances of an unaffected child are still far greater than an affected child.

Actually, It is No good. It is shouldn't be. Good for nothing, good for nobody. But you have so wish to marry, you can do it. Both of your genetics are so close and you can get extra-ordinary children. But It is not 100% truth. Only 80%. The rest of 20% is.. You can get normal children.
I saw so many people like both of you and base on it.
You are very lucky because I am so free in this time.

this is your cousin a first cousin, none removed, big chance of babies with many defects being born. Watch the movie Deliverance with Burt Reynolds and pay attention to the banjo guitar playing scene. The creature playing the banjo is the offspring of inbreeding, marrying and impregnating women to close kin to you. No don't do this even if it is legal there.

People say that when you have a baby with a relative the baby comes out mentally retarded, and I think that already happened in our town so I think it's better that you adopt.

If it's legal in your state then I believe it's okay. It's not under forbidden sex in the bible. I think it's great if you guys really really love each other and want to get married.

I don't know where you're living, but in a lot of places it's illegal to marry your first cousin, which is what you two are
