My friend recently quit drinking and wants to begin the healing process of his liver and kidneys. Are there any foods out there that will help heal the damage he has done already? I heard cranberries are good for the kidneys but no idea on the liver...Thanks.

Lots of water. Cranberry juice will help too. Basically flush the system.

yes Cranberries are excellant, they help to detoxify the Liver and also clean out alot of impurities, try going to health food store, there are tons of stuff that can help detox the body, but require you to pay attention to what u eat and drink....
