NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! It stunts you're growth your still going through puberty at that age. I have friend who did the same and as a result didn't mature to their expected height or body type. The best exercise is light resistance training, or things that involve your own strength like push ups, pull ups, crunches etc. Don't start body building until you're @ least 18, that way you know that all the hormones in your body have done as much as they're going to do.

There may be more interesting things to do, but it seems ok IF you do not try to bulk up for, say, the next three years. Avoid extra protein for body building and all kinds of drugs or supplements devoted to body building.

Think of doing aerobic exercise, and other sports e.g. judo or sports karate, swimming, running, jumping, gymnasics etc., etc., etc.,

I started weight training when i joined the army at 16. You can train, but be careful cause at that age your skeletal structure isnt complete (bones) Stick to rudementary excercises like chin ups, dips, press ups etc

Yeah , Certainly .
I myself am 16 and i've been goin to a nearby Gym since the last year or so.
Just see to it that you don't overstrain yourself for the first month or so and try to be regular.
Also listen to what your caoch says.

don't really have to, just stick to athletics, like sports and running and stuff. if u want to, just do a bit, i guess. a trainer would help u figure out how much is good 4 u 2 do, cuz u don't want to overdo it.
