Any particular meds. Does cognitive behavioral therapy work? I have tried prozac, celexa, welbutrin, zoloft and lexapro. Only lexapro helped at all but not that great. I have seen books and audio tape advertised, has anyone tried these and did they work?

Just by your 1st & 2nd thought, what do u think it could possibly may b if the back of my head has been really hurting me 4 just about 2 days now? It's on the right, right above the start of neck b for the end of my head. I it doesn't hurt more with pressure. It feels like it's on the inside of my skull. I have a doctors appointment Monday but I'm asking 2 wonder what it is and should I go to the ER?

My psychologist says I have been hurting myself because I have been bottling up all my stress and it hurts me physically. She says that 's probably why I get so many migrains. She someone keeps doing that it can give them heart burn, high blood pressure, diarrohea, etc. This freaks me out. I think excercise is the best way, but I don't make enough time to do that all the time. I love drawing and writing but haven't much this year since I've been focused on just graduating high school : /. I think I seriously need to relax or something, my therapist even told me that I'm way too empathetic and put myself last. She says I carry everyone elses worry on my shoulders... I don't know if I do, but how can I become more healthy, and not let myself eat myself up if I am? What do you do to release stress?

Will my eye pop out if I blow my nose too hard? I hold one side down and blow the other and it feels sometimes like my eye is getting ready to pop out. Sometimes, I push it back in and it makes a little popping sound.

My big toenail is in two vertical layers. There is not just a crack down the middle, but rather one is on top of the other. Obvious fungus problem, yea. The lowest layer appears to be relatively clear, but halfway up the toenail, there is a huge chunk of thick fungus ridden toenail that goes to the end of the toe. Why does that just sit there, and why isn't the normal toenail growing? The last time I trimmed my big toe was probably 10 years ago when I was 11.

I weigh 145, but get my abs at about 139.... i do pushups and crunches, drink alot of water, but i can't shed this last bit.
