If it just keeps coming back, call the doc and talk about diflucan. That stuff really works. Also, eat plain yogurt it has active cultures in it that kill the bacteria that keep causing u yeast. yeast does feed on sugar, so that means u can try eliminating your sugar intake, and this includes carbs which later turn into sugar. Docs also give u a round of antibiotics if it is a really severe prob. Can be caused by a medication that you are currently taking or have taken recently. Diabetics do have a yeast problem sometimes as well. Definately consult a doc. I hope you feel better.

You could have persistent Candida which is very common. Cutting down on sugar and yeasty foods like bread and beer will also help. You may want to take multidopholous rather than acidopholous as it is a broader spectrum probiotic. Also, definately get checked for diabetes as yeast is a common indicator.

Take live acidiophilus which you can purchase at most health food stores. There are diets you can follow to rid your body of candida. Basically, you would try to stay away from sugars...Antibiotics can cause yeast problems as well.

Your best bet is of course to see your doctor. He can prescribe a pill called Diflucan if it is not too severe. Also, eat lots of yogurt, do not take tub baths, and use a gentle product such as Dove or Summer's Eve in that region.
