You can masturbate all you want, but if you want to impregnate a woman you should restrain from masturbating at least 72 hours. And if you are going to have a sperm count you should not masturbate or have sex at least a week before.

You are probably helping your sperm count. The more your factory spews out, the more they have to prodcuce, so the factory works better, harder, and faster.
