OK this is gonna sound gross...but it feel kinda cool. 1 cup of PLAIN yogurt in a douch bottle. Insert it...squirt it in. Hold it for a few min. Put a pad in your panties so it doesn't get all over your clothes. Let it come out naturally.
If this doesn't help....get meds from the drug store.
It will get worse if you let it go too long.

If this is your first yeast infection you should go to the doctor to have the diagnosis confirmed. You can use prescription or OTC medications to get rid of it. I use the store brand that is identical to Monistat 3 but less expensive. Use one dose each night at bedtime for 3 nights.

If it is not a bad infection try eating yogart, do not soak in a bath, and only use gentle products such as Dove and Summer's Eve in that region. If it is a bad infection, contact your physician. They may simply be able to prescribe a one time dose pill called Diflucan. Also, antibiotics can give women yeast infections. If this tends to be you, make sure to ask your doctor for a prescription for Diflucan at the same time he/she prescribes the antibiotic.

To get rid of a yeast infection properly, you need to be treated properly. Go to your doctor to get the proper medication. They do work. There are over the counter medicines but I find all they did was give me an allergic reaction, which my doctor told me is fairly common.

You go to the pharmacy and get Monistat (over the counter) no script required. Yeast is usually accompanied by a cottage cheese-like discharge or vaginal itch. If you have either, save the Dr fee and go straight to the pharmacy.
