Just by your 1st & 2nd thought, what do u think it could possibly may b if the back of my head has been really hurting me 4 just about 2 days now? It's on the right, right above the start of neck b for the end of my head. I it doesn't hurt more with pressure. It feels like it's on the inside of my skull. I have a doctors appointment Monday but I'm asking 2 wonder what it is and should I go to the ER?

Sometimes prolonged headaches in the back can be caused by being stressed out.

If you are having neurologic changes, that is changes in vision, consciousness, dizziness, vomiting, numbness or tingling in another part of your body, etc, etc, or having progressively increasing symptoms or qualifies as "the worse headache that I have ever had in my life" then it is a matter that needs more immediate attention. Otherwise keep your up-coming appointment. If you have not already tried over the counter pain medications (Tylenol, aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen), then do so.

Different headaches mean different things. Ask your doctor's office it they think you should go to ER if your pain is sever. Mayo Clinic.com is a good place to look up headaches.
