There are lots of reasons people get swelling in their feet, most commonly because of heart conditions that lead to a weak heart that is not able to pump blood out of your legs, so you end up with pooling blood in your viens (venous stasis). But that does not happen quickly. If this is something that happened with in a short period of time, I would guess that it is an allergic reaction to something. Being that it is in both feet, it's obviously not a bite on one foot. Could be something you ate or walked in. I would elevate your feet for a while and see if the swelling goes down. If not, then talk to your doctor. If it gets worse, or you see any visual changes in your legs like streaking or redness, go to an urgent care.
