I ate before I went to donate, and I'm in good health, so why so I feel like crap now?

It is normal to feel a bit dizzy after blood donation, it is because the heart has to adapt itself to the blood lost in the precedure...so relax drink some sweet juice and have a rest, all will be back to normal within 30mins. Have a rest... Thanks for the blood donation... it helps people live...

You need to eat again, protien & carbs. Drink orange juice or any juice to help your sugar rebalance. When I used to donate, I would eat after I came home. Sometimes, I was tired, which is normal. Rest & have a nap if you're tired.

I is literally a draining process. Take the day off and enjoy it relaxing read a book, or some thing.

your body need to make the blood it lost . u need blood to survie so the less u have the wrost u feel

loss of water and iron. do you take a daily multi-vit/mineral? if not, this would help a lot. but make sure you drink plenty of water as this is what you lost most of.

your about a pint low, you wouldn't expect your car to run as well if it was a pint low on oil would you???????
